What is a Ghost Restaurant?
A ghost restaurant is a professional food preparation and cooking facility set up for the preparation and sale of delivery-only meals.
A ghost restaurant contains the kitchen equipment and facilities needed for the preparation of restaurant meals but has no dining area for walk-in customers. Restaurants that use ghost kitchens may be delivery-only with the option for pick-ups. Start you new company and sell your food for pick-up from our location. This is so much cheaper than having a retail space and allows you to fine tune your menu to see what works.
A ghost kitchen may also be known as a delivery kitchen, virtual kitchen, shadow kitchen, commissary kitchen, dark kitchen, ghost line, or cloud kitchen.
