Temple Pastries was created by Christina Wood and the city of Seattle in 2018. After years of baking in Gainsville, Florida, a 3,000 mile move to Seattle in 2015, and a few more years of baking, Christina went out on her own. Since then, Temple Pastries has grown from a few pop-up shops a month to the shelves of some of the best coffee shops and markets in Seattle.
Since as long as I can remember I have always struggled with stomach problems; always super sensitive to any little thing I ate. It was a miserable time, and as cheesy as it sounds things didn’t change until I found kombucha. I had started drinking it everyday, and little by little I was able to eat more of what I loved without the constant stomach pains and quickly realized that gut health is important. The dream was started by three Vietnamese brothers who shared a passion for authentic, homemade Vietnamese food and a vision to provide the same delicious Pho noodle soup that their mom made for them to all who need a bit of love, warmth, and nourishment.

In his search for the perfect sandwich, a vision came to Chef Jonny. What if he substituted the bread in a sandwich with a Latke (BTW its gluten free), and what if this Latke sandwich could accommodate all sorts of meats, veggies, fish or anything else that would normally fit between two slices of bread? The rest is history, the Latke PressSandwich was born. The finishing touches included adding some fantastic sauces or mustards and warming the Latke sandwich in a Panini press.
In February of 2005, La Crêperie Voilà opened as a Breton style crêperie. We offer traditional savory buckwheat galettes, commonly known as “crêpes”, and Parisian style sweet crêpes. Both types of batters are spread delicately thin so that they turn golden brown and slightly crisp. Breton crêpes and galettes defy easy description – they are between pancake and pastry. We strive to stay true to form and create a substantial product that offers that elusive and delicate balance of simplicity.

Milk Bakery is ready to get real about parenting. We believe in Judgement Free Breastfeeding. If you are breastfeeding, eat our delicious cookies and granola bars because they support lactation. If you aren't breastfeeding, eat them because you deserve a treat. We are just trying to make it through this parenting thing in one piece. Milk Bakery exists to give all moms the treats they deserve.
We create authentic Jamaican Food using family recipes from Trelawny Jamaica , we had a pleasure to also create gourmet pizzas using Jamaican style flare.
